Hi, I'm Julie!
With extensive knowledge and experience gained over more than 35 years, my journey has taken me from the front desk junior, through years of being at the coal face of Property Management, to business ownership, leadership and everything in between!
Whilst my role has evolved,
the industry remains firmly at my core.
As a consultant, mentor and international keynote presenter, I now get to share my industry passion, commitment and expertise inspiring and guiding individuals, teams and business owners to strategically streamline the 'day-to-day' of Property Management, and transition from what can often feel like chaos to an effective, cohesive and profitable department.

Some fun facts about me ...
I started in the Property Management industry when hand written reports and carbon copy letters (typed on a typewriter) were the norm - and I've love watching (and embracing) every evolution since.
Creating order out of chaos (think: systems, structure, strategy & workflows) genuinely lights me up.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me enjoying time with my family and 2 pooches, getting away in our caravan, attending a music concert, or simply hanging out with friends - which usually means a few glasses of bubbles.
I've spoken on stages all around Australia & Internationally ... but I am just as happy chatting one-on-one over a coffee.
I still get excited when I help someone have a lightbulb moment - it never gets old!
